![]() No file sharer in Australia has EVER been sued for non-commercial copyright infringement. Many of us have been receiving them for years. Your ISP won't tell them your identity, and won't take any action of their own (getting rid of paying customers would be a terrible business strategy). They aren't backed up by any type of enforcement, and the rights holder doesn't even know your identity. Anyway, the letters are just rubbish to be ignored.
